Q: How do I know about my level?
A: You can take our online test and we will get in touch with a feedback regarding your level.
Q: Which number of students is required to start a class?
A: A minimum of 4 people is required to start a class.
Q: Do I need to buy a book?
A: We can advise students on textbooks but there is no obligation to buy a textbook for our tuition as links and material will be shared.
Q: What do I need to attend the lesson?
A: All you will need is: Internet connection, a pen, a notepad and a cup of tea/coffee! You will be ready to go and start your learning experience with us.
Q: Can I view all my lessons?
A: You will have full access to all your previous lessons and material through Google Classroom. An invitation link will be sent after your registration.
Q: Which payment option do you offer?
A: Lessons can be paid monthly or in a module of 5 or 10 sessions.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Tuition fees need to be paid upfront and by the 5th of the month, quoting the reference indicated in the invoice.
Payments can be made by PayPal.
A confirmation email of payment is required from the student to have access to the course.
We advise you to save and keep all invoices.
Delayed payments, unless agreed with the tutor, will mean no access to the course.
Q: What if I am late for a session?
A: If you are running late for your sessions, please let the tutor know ASAP. For One to One, no communication (no show) will be fully charged and the tutor will leave the session after 5 minutes.
Q: Can I cancel a lesson?
A: Lessons that are cancelled within 24 hours and lessons with “no show” are fully charged. If a lesson is cancelled by the tutor, a cover will be arranged or the lesson will be rescheduled. When a lesson is rescheduled, this will be agreed with the tutor.
