Overview
Our Italian language levels are structured using the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), with six levels that describe what a learner can do in terms of speaking, reading, listening, and writing at each stage.

A1 (Beginner):
Can understand and use very basic expressions, such as greetings and simple phrases related to immediate needs.
A2 (Elementary):
Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of everyday life.
B1 (Intermediate):
Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters, such as work, school, or leisure.
B2 (Upper Intermediate):
Can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics.
C1 (Advanced):
Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize subtle differences in meaning.
C2 (Proficient):
Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read, and can synthesize information from different sources, even if they are not directly related, and can express ideas clearly and accurately.
